The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is in the middle of an investigation after 80-year-old Willis Baker was found deceased in his swimming pool early Monday morning in the Hardin community.
Sheriff Lafayette Woods, Jr. spoke with Deltaplex News about that investigation, saying no foul play is believed to have happened, but they have to investigate the case to make sure.
Woods said an investigation into deaths like this is Standard Operating Proceedure.
