Operations Manager for Delta Plex Radio and morning show personality on 98.1 The Hog weekday’s from 6 to 10am. Billy is a true veteran to the radio business. Billy has been a DeltaPlex resident for over 20 years and hosts the longest airing morning show in southeast Arkansas.  Working with the community has always been the number one priority to Billy.
