Edward A. McBroom, Jr., 74 of Star City passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital in Little Rock. He was born April 2, 1948 in Dumas to the late Edward A. McBroom, Sr. and Evelyn Emmons Knight.

Elmer Lee Gunter, age 87 of Sherwood, passed away at his home surrounded by family on March 20, 2023.
He was born December 1, 1935, in Vilonia, to Jefferson Davis and Lila Wilma Gunter. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 60 years, Dixie Gunter, infant daughter, Cynthia Gunter, and two brothers, J.D. Gunter and Sam Gunter.

Charles Lamar Hardin, 62, passed away March 20, 2023 at his home with his loving wife by his side. He was born April 9, 1960, in Shreveport, LA to T.L Bubba Hardin and Nancy Carol Summerland.

Donnie Earl Crosswhite of Sheridan, Arkansas was born December 24, 1947 in Benton, the son of the late Earl Dean and Shirley Statler Crosswhite. He was a member of the American Legion Post 30, Disabled Veterans and served his country in the United States Navy.

Christene “Chris” Fitzhugh, 82, of Pine Bluff, was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed camping, traveling, cooking, fishing and especially loved her beloved Razorbacks. She passed away Monday, March 20, 2023.
