The Pine Bluff Police Department Detective office is asking for the public’s assistance locating 55-year-old Terry Penister. Penister is wanted for two Commercial Burglaries, one at the Dollar General on Ridgeway Rd and the other at the Dollar General at 25th and Camden Rd. Penister is about 5′ 10″ tall and weighs around 160 lbs. He was last known to live on Kenwood Dr. in Pine Bluff.
