A $10,000 bond was set Tuesday for a Pine Bluff woman accused of attempting to stab her boyfriend during an altercation Sunday.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Jasmine Harris, 32, with aggravated assault, a felony. Harris is also accused of misdemeanor assault, criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

Reading from an affidavit by Detective Sgt. Chris Wieland, Deputy Prosecutor Britaney Akel said at 11:30 p.m., police were sent to an address on West Hepburn Street in response to a reported armed disturbance.

Akel said Harris has no prior convictions or pending charges. She was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court March 12.
