A $10,000 bond was set Tuesday for a Pine Bluff man accused of pointing a knife at another man Sunday.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Jackie Lee McCoy, 57, with aggravated assault.

Reading from an affidavit by Detective Corey Wilfong, Deputy Prosecutor Beth Carson said on Sunday, police were sent to Ed’s Cleaners on West 28th avenue in response to a reported armed disturbance.

McCoy was told to come back to court Aug. 18
