Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set bond for Pj’S shooting suspect Wednesday evening. The $100,000 bond was made after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Daniel Hawkins, 30, with three counts of first-degree battery.

According to a probable cause affidavit from Detective Ryan Moheb, officers were sent to the nightclub in response to a disturbance. When they arrived, they learned that three people had been shot and taken to Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Two shell casings and a projectile were recovered at the scene.

Hawkins, who was represented by an attorney at the hearing, was ordered to have no contact with the victims until the case is settled. According to a check Wednesday afternoon of the Jefferson County jail log, Hawkins had been released on bond.
