Arkansas State Police have provided an update on the Tuesday night shooting on I-630. The update says the shooting was not random and was not the result of road rage.

Witnesses said a Honda Accord was travelin on I-630 with three occupants. As the car approached the Pine Street/Cedar Street exit, a Dodge Durango pulled up on the left side of the Honda and fired several shots, hitting the driver and one of the passengers. The two who were hit were taken to the hospital with non-life-threating injuries. The third passenger was treated for lacerations from broken glass. State police are asking for any information on the vehicle or the incident to call 501-618-8458.
