Pine Bluff woman arrested after threatening a security guard at PBHS

A Pine Bluff woman was arrested Wednesday after she allegedly threatened a security guard at Pine Bluff High School.

Keisha Cranford, 38 was taken into custody after police wee sent to the school at 4:40 p.m. because of a reported fight involving two students and one of the parents, later identified as Cranford was there and was being disruptive and was asked to leave.

During a court hearing Friday, Chief Deputy Prosecutor Karres Manning described what happened.

Manning said Cranford has no prior convictions or pending charges. Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $2,500 bond for her after ruling prosecutors have probable charge to charge her with terroristic threatening.

Cranford was ordered to have no contact with the victim and to come back to court Nov. 15.
