A $5k bond was set for a Pine Bluff man being charged with theft by receiving

A Pine Bluff man was arrested Monday after he was found with a 4-wheeler that had been reported stolen.

ShaQuean Miller was taken into custody after White Hall Police were sent to a house on Calhoun Street in reference to a report of a stolen 4-wheeler.

During a court hearing Wednesday, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West read from an affidavit by White Hall Police Maj. Mickey Buffkin.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $5,000 bond for Miller after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with theft by receiving. He was told to come back to court Feb. 21.
