A $75,000 bond was set Thursday for a Jefferson County man accused of fleeing from White Hall Police Tuesday.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Jordan Lee, 22, with felony fleeing.

Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander said Lee has seven prior felony convictions and is currently on parole.

Reading from an affidavit by White Hall Police Detective Ryan Edwards, Alexander explained the circumstances that led to Lee’s arrest.

Alexander said Lee was taken to the White Hall Police Department for a breath alcohol test because he was under the influence and said he has a prior conviction for DWI.

Lee said he would hire his own attorney and was told to come back to court Dec. 8.
