A $50,000 bond was set Thursday for a Pine Bluff man accused of sexual assault stemming from an incident at Walmart Wednesday.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond for Johnnie Holder, 37, who Deputy Prosecutor Joe West said has prior felony convictions in Jefferson County and is on a suspended imposition of sentence from Sebastian County for terroristic threatening for which a petition to revoke that suspended sentence has been filed.

Reading from an affidavit by Detective Chris Wieland, West explained the allegation against Holder.

Holder was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Oct. 31. He said he would hire his own attorney.
