A $15,000 cash only bond was set Wednesday for a Pine Bluff woman accused of lying to police about having contact with her boyfriend, who allegedly fired shots at a police officer Oct. 5.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Antionette Durham, 21, with hindering apprehension or prosecution.

Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said Durham is the girlfriend of Chaderious Avery, who is still at large and is being sought for attempted capital murder and other allegations relating to shots being fired at a police car containing Officer Kimberly Dunn on the parking lot of the Camelot Apartments.

Avery was identified as the person who fired shots at Dunns car with one round breaking the glass on the driver’s door and cutting Dunn.

Akel said Avery lives with Durham in one of the apartments and the two have a child together, and the manager of the apartments gave police a phone number to contact Durham.

Durham has charges of second-degree forgery and theft of property pending and said she would hire her own attorney. She was told to come back to court Nov. 13.
