The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reports that it booked Virgil Simmons in the Lincoln County jail on November 15, 2018 for Public Intoxication and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Lincoln County Deputy Cody Jackson says he arrived at the home of Simmons’ mother on North Main Street in Gould in response to her calling the Sheriff’s office to state that Simmons was intoxicated and causing problems. Simmons was not there at the time but Deputy Jackson found him walking back to his mother’s residence and arrested him.
