The Pine Bluff Police Department has arrested a suspect drug dealer that has been under investigation, according to a press release.
Over the past year and a half, Pine Bluff Vice & Narcotics detectives and the DEA have been investigating Marvin Ford for selling narcotics inside the city limits of Pine Bluff, according to the release.
The release stated that on June 8, 2023 a federal drug arrest warrant was issued for Mr. Ford. That afternoon at about 3:45 p.m. Pine Bluff Vice & Narcotics detectives noticed a vehicle known to belong to Mr. Ford on Blake Street. The detectives and State Police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. Marvin Ford was located in the back seat of the vehicle and arrested.
He was initially booked into the Jefferson County Jail but was subsequently picked up by Federal Agents and transported to Little Rock.
