A Pine Bluff man was arrested Thursday after he reportedly threatened several people during what he called an argument.

During a court hearing Friday, Deputy Prosecutor Mircha King explained the circumstances that led to the arrest of Shawn Castle.

King said Castle had a prior felony conviction in Florida.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $7,500 bond for Castle after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with terroristic threatening and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was ordered to have no contact with the victims until the case is settled.
