Former Watson Chapel star Tink Hence will be getting some national tv exposure this weekend.

Hence, who was just promoted to the Springfield Cardinals of the Texas League will be in Seattle to play in the MLB Futures game.

The Futures Game spotlights some of the best young talent in baseball, with 50 players being selected. Hence will be on the NL team with his Cardinal teammate Victor Scott.

The 20 year old pitcher graduated  from Watson Chapel in 2020. This year in Palm Beach he struck out 81 batters in just 52 innings pitched before being promoted. He was in Springfield for three days before hopping on the jet to head to Seattle for the game.
