According to The Mcgehee Dermott Times-News Newspaper, A Conway man was arrested last weekend after authorities discovered two different drugs in his vehicle during a traffic stop.

According to Desha County Sheriff Mitch Grant, Deputy Reshawn Bledsoe made the traffic stop around 8:30 p.m. Saturday on Highway 65 in Dumas. The driver was identified as Lemoris Lennon, age 37 of Conway.

Grant said that when Bledsoe approached the car, he detected the odor of marijuana. A probable cause search of Lennon’s vehicle led to the discovery of marijuana and ecstasy pills.

Authorities said Lennon was arrested and is facing charges of possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Lennon was transported to the Dumas jail where as of Tuesday afternoon he was renamed on a $10,000 bond.
