Jefferson County Sheriff's office arrested and booked Linda Ruff from Pine Bluff Monday evening September 24, 2018 at 7:42 pm. She did not appear to face her shoplifting charge. Bond is $1095. Ruff is 44 years old.

Andrew Murphy Arrested for Possession of Controlled Substances
