Construction work continues around the Saracen Resort and Casino and on Friday, Saracen Chief Market Officer Carlton Saffa told 1013 Morning Show host Greg Horne that a lot of that work is being done on the new events center.
Saffa said the work is all one big project but is being done in pieces. They are doing the event center side first, then going straight up the middle for the hotel.
Horne asked Saffa if casino personnel are still forecasting a mid to late 2025 opening for the hotel and Saffa answered this way.
With a seating capacity of 1,600 for the event center, Horne asked Saffa if a lot of musical acts are planned for the facility.
