A Mississippi man was arrested Saturday after he was allegedly involved in an altercation with his girlfriend and her son.

Ben Taylor, 31, of Leland, Miss., was taken into custody after White Hall Police responded to a reported domestic disturbance at an apartment on Little Lane at about 4 a.m.

Reading from an affidavit by White Hall Police Sgt., Clayton Cantrell, Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander described what officers were told when they arrived.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $25,000 bond for Taylor after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with second offense third-degree domestic battery.
