A $750,000 bond was set Monday for a man accused of attempting to rob a liquor store on Ohio Street Friday.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Collars Davis, 62, with first-degree terroristic threatening, aggravated robbery and attempted capital murder.

Reading from an affidavit by Detective Jason Boykin, Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said on Friday at 5:53 p.m., police were sent to 7-11 Liquor Store on Ohio Street.

Davis was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Oct. 28, 2023.
