Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Jimmie Olsen, 72, with first-degree terroristic threatening.

Reading from an affidavit by Sheriff’s Investigator Sandra Harper, Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander said at about 4:47 p.m., sheriff’s deputies were sent to Pine Meadow Drive.

Alexander said when Olsen was interviewed, he admitted getting into an argument with the victim but denied threatening her.

Olsen was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Oct. 12.
