Two Pine Bluff men were arrested Tuesday following an investigation into a vehicle that had been reported stolen.

During a court hearing Thursday, Deputy Prosecutor Mircha King said Corey Williams, 43, and Phillip Brown, 42, were taken into custody after police stopped a truck being driven by Brown that was pulling another truck with a chain at 5th Avenue and Virginia Street.

King said both Williams and Brown are currently on probation and because of that, Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $25,000 cash only bond for each man after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge them with theft of property.
