Herbert Pam III has turned himself in according to the Pine Bluff Police Department.
ORIGINAL STORY:
The Pine Bluff Police Department detective office is asking for assistance locating Herbert Pam III.
Pam is wanted for the murder of 27 year old Miguel Hoyt at 103 Park Place on February 9, 2022.
Pam is 18 years old and was last known to live in Pine Bluff. Pam’s approximate height and weight is unknown. Herbert Pam III is wanted for Capital Murder, Terroristic Act, and Aggravated Assault.
