A $10,000 bond was set for a Pine Bluff woman Tuesday after police were called to a domestic disturbance at her mother’s home.

Reading from an affidavit by Sgt Terry Wingard and Nathan Gines from the tri-county task force, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West said that on December 18th police responded to the domestic disturbance call.

Jefferson County District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Cecilia St. John 26, with endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of methamphetamine, aggravated assault on a family or household member, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, and second-degree battery.

St. John was ordered to have no contact with the victim and was appointed to the public defenders’ office to represent her. She was told to return to court on January 27th.
