A $10,000 secured bond was for a Jacksonville man accused of a burglary that took place at the Dollar General located on South Olive Street.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after finding prosecutors have probable cause to charge 36-year-old Jeremy Cobbins with Commerical Burglary.

Deputy prosecutor Joe West read the probable cause affidavit by Detective Corey Wilfong that states that on June 15th officers responded to a burglary in progress. West went on to explain what officers saw when they arrived.

West said that Cobbins has no prior criminal history.

Cobbins said he would retain his own counsel and he was told to return to court on July 24th.
