A $15,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff woman accused of pointing a gun at two other women Wednesday.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Tia Sykes, 25, with two counts of aggravated assault.

Deputy Prosecutor Mircha King told the court what Sykes was accused of doing.

In reading the affidavit, King referred to a “paint gun” but Sykes actually was accused of pointing a “pink gun” at the victims.

Sykes was ordered to have no contact with the victims until the case is settled.
