A reported stabbing Sunday afternoon at a residence on East 6th Avenue resulted in the arrest of a Pine Bluff woman accused of the crime.

Quentisha Cornelius, 31, will have to post a $25,000 bond to be released from the adult detention center after Jefferson Count District Judge Kim Bridgforth ruled Monday prosecutors have probable cause to charge Cornelius with second-degree domestic battery.

During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Maxie Kizer said police talked to the victim of the incident.

Cornelius was told to have no contact with the victim and to come back to court Aug. 4.
