In an interview earlier this week, William Fells, who is a candidate for Council Member of Ward 3 of the Pine Bluff City Council voiced his support for the GVIN (Group Violence Intervention) program.
Appearing on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show, Fells was asked about his support for the Pine Bluff Police Department and answered this way.
He added that this goes along with improving the quality of life of residents.
On another subject, Morning Show host Greg Horne asked Fells about the educational system and asked Fells what the city and the city council can do to help to improve it.
