White Hall School District Superintendent Gary Williams joined the Oldies 1013 morning show Wednesday to discuss summer plans and the most recent school board meeting Tuesday.

Williams was asked about the scope of work for administration during the summer.

On another subject, during the school board meeting Tuesday the board approved the purchase of three new buses and Williams talked about that.

Host Greg Horne asked if that purchase would deplete the districts remaining ESSER funds and Williams responded by stating this.

WHSD recently announced a 5% salary increase along with the LEARNS Act requirements to increase salaries. In light of that, Horne asked Williams if there is an increase in pay for bus drivers and he said this.
