School districts in the Deltaplex have spent the last four days shut down because of ice and snow that rolled in Sunday night and into Monday.

Included in those districts that were closed was the White Hall School District and on Thursday, White Hall Schools Superintendent Gary Williams was asked about that when he appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show.

Because Monday was a federal holiday, that day will not count against the number of days students are required to be in classes, based on current state standards.

Morning Show Host Greg Horne asked Williams if the district still had a couple of more days on the school calendar that are currently available to make up days missed this week.
