The White Hall District Court will offer an “amnesty period” to people with an active failure to appear or failure to pay warrants.

For a limited time, starting Thursday, June 15, 2023 and continuing through July 3, 2023, people will be able to resolve outstanding warrants without the risk of being arrested or having to post a professional bond.

People with active failure to appear or failure to pay warrants may go to the White Hall District Court clerk’s office, 101 Parkway Ave. at White Hall City Hall from 9a-4p on weekdays or call (870)247-1420 to schedule a new appearance in court on Wednesday, July 5 from 11a-12p to resolve their outstanding warrant.

People must pay a $50 amnesty fee to have an active failure to appear or failure to pay warrant served, and then may schedule a new court date, pay for charges in full or reset their payment plan.

The $50 amnesty fee will be applied toward any outstanding charges or balance. People who pay their outstanding balance in full during this period will have their warrant dismissed and any related holds from White Hall District Court on their driver’s license will be released.

Persons incarcerated in ADC when their White Hall warrant was issued should bring their ADC discharge paperwork.
