A traffic stop by White Hall Police Monday resulted in the arrest of a man on drug-related charges.

Christopher Jackson will have to post a $5,000 bond to be released from the adult detention center after Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney ruled Wednesday prosecutors have probable cause to charge Jackson with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine.

Reading from a probable cause affidavit from White Hall Police Investigator Clayton Cantrell, Deputy Prosecutor MIrcha King explained the circumstances that led to the arrest.

King said Jackson has prior felony convictions in 2003 and 2006. He said he would hire his own attorney.
