A Warren man was killed in a one vehicle accident Tuesday in Bradley County according to a report from the Arkansas State Police.

According to the report, 64-year-old James Brumley was traveling south on Highway 63 at 1:12 p.m. when the 2004 Mercury he was driving left the roadway and struck a driveway embankment. The exact location of the accident was not noted in the police report.

Brumley was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Weather conditions were clear and the road was dry, according to the report.

Brumley’s death was the 258th fatality on Arkansas highways in 2023.
