Two Pine Bluff men who are both currently on probation were arrested Friday after probation officers found a handgun in a vehicle the men had driven to the probation office.

Deputy Prosecutor Maxie Kizer said Keundrea McLemore, 21, had driven to the probation office located in the Jefferson Square Shopping Center to meet with his probation officer. Dimitri Rockett, 21, was in the vehicle with McLemore and stayed in the vehicle while McLemore went inside.

Kizer said before the men got there, Probation Officers saw some photos on Instagram.

When Rockett was interviewed and asked about the gun, he said it was his brothers’ but said they shared it.

Kizer said both McLemore and Rockett are persons of high interest in a number of other matters, with McLemore being of more high interest than Rockett.

Because of that, Jefferson County Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $20,000 bond for Rockett and a $50,000 bond for McLemore after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge them with being felons in possession of firearms. Both said they would hire their own attorneys.
