The Teen Court Program is a volunteer program for teens in grades 9-12 in Jefferson and Lincoln counties. It offers Teen Court volunteers an opportunity to decide on real life cases of first-time offenders and serve in the roles of prosecuting attorney, defense attorney, clerk, bailiff, and jurors while earning community service hours.
Teen Court is accepting new volunteers for the 2023-2024 school years. Teen Court Orientation will be on September 11, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at the Sixth Division Circuit Court located at 301 East 2nd Avenue, Pine Bluff, AR 71601. Teen Court Applications will be available to pick up at the schools or at the Sixth Division Circuit Court. The deadline for applications to be submitted is September 29, 2023.
