State Representative Vivian Flowers addresses the complaints and issues with potholes and drainage

During the campaign for Mayor of Pine Bluff, State Representative Vivian Flowers said she has heard a lot of complaints about drainage issues and potholes.

Appearing on the Oldies 1013 Morning show, Flowers said this.

On the subject of potholes, she said this.

Flowers said when Dutch King was Mayor of Pine Bluff, the street department had about 75 workers and now they have just over 25.

Morning show host Greg Horne said the population is down and Flowers agreed.
