The Sheridan Post Office is currently closed as a result of storm damage to its roof from the recent snow.
According to the Sheridan Headlight newspaper, mail carriers are currently using the Oak Park Post Office in Pine Bluff and all home delivered routes are currently on schedule, weather permitting.
Postal box customers can pick up their mail at the Prattsville Post Office location on Highway 270 West which will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The newspaper reported that there is no estimate on when the Sheridan Post Office will be reopened.
