Ryan Watley, CEO of GFPB, said plans were approved for a new apartment complex

At a recent meeting, the Pine Bluff Planning Commission approved a plan to build an apartment complex on East 6^th Avenue and Convention Center Drive.

Ryan Watley, the CEO of Go Forward Pine Bluff said Friday the group that plans to build the apartments has $20 million allocated for the project.

Watley was a guest on the Oldies 1013 morning show.

He said groundbreaking is expected to take place this fall and morning show host Greg Horne described the project as “huge news.”
