Ryan Watley, CEO of GFPB, said plans were approved for a new apartment complex

At a recent meeting, the Pine Bluff Planning Commission approved a plan to build an apartment complex on East 6th Avenue and Convention Center Drive.

Ryan Watley, the CEO of Go Forward Pine Bluff said Friday the group that plans to build the apartments has $20 million allocated for the project.

Watley was a guest on the Oldies 1013 morning show.

He said groundbreaking is expected to take place this fall and morning show host Greg Horne described the project as “huge news.”
