Pine Bluff’s Christmas Parade takes place tonight, Leigh Cockrum with GFPB talked about parade route

After being delayed for a week because of inclement weather, the Christmas Parade is set to go tonight in downtown Pine Bluff.

It is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. from 10th Avenue and Main Street and Leigh Cockrum from Go Forward Pine Bluff, who is on the parade committee was a guest on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show Thursday to talk about the parade route.

She also discussed the groups and individuals who will be participating in the parade.

Morning Show host Greg Horne said the annual parade has been “a good event for Pine Bluff.”

Pine Bluff Police will be on hand to close off streets and the fire department will have their Santa truck in the parade.

Again the parade starts at 5:30 p.m. from 10th Avenue and Main Street.
