Jasmine Johnson, 33, was taken into custody after the victim called police to report a domestic incident.

During a court hearing Tuesday, Deputy Prosecutor Lisa McGriff explained what officers were told.

Detective Mike Merritt reported that Johnson waived her right to an attorney and agreed to give a statement.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $10,000 bond for Johnson after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge her with aggravated assault on a family or household member and terroristic threatening.

She was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court June 6.
