A resolution to authorize the City of Pine Bluff to participate in The Watershed Prevention and Flood Operations Program (WFPO) was discussed in the meeting. Mayor Washington provided insight on Pine Bluff becoming authorized to have oversight over the Watershed Project in the meeting after discussions, and reaffirmed to the council that the plan was to move forward with the project from the very beginning.
