According to the director of the Pine Bluff Group Violence Initiative, there are 27 groups that identify themselves as gangs in the city and on Wednesday, Talk Back Live with Floyd Donald featured director the Rev. Kevin Crumpton and Eric Walden, Chief of Staff of the 6th Division (Juvenile) of Circuit Court.

Donald asked Crumpton when this started.

Walden then expanded on that.

Donald asked Crumpton how successful he had been in getting other people, particularly pastors, to see how dangerous this situation is.

Walden, who works in juvenile court, was asked to identify some of the groups who are most likely to identify with or join gangs.
