The Pine Bluff Police Department detective office is asking for assistance locating 73-year-old Phillip McFadden. Mr. McFadden is wanted for the November 16, 2023 murder of 34-year-old Antonio Martin. Mr. McFadden is about 6′ 1″ tall and weighs about 180 lbs. Mr. McFadden should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
