Charles Washington, one of six candidates running for Mayor of Pine Bluff was asked Tuesday was asked to explain some of the programs he would put in place if he was elected to the position.
Washington appeared on the Oldies 1013 morning show.
Morning Show host Greg Horne asked Washington if he were elected Mayor, would he hire a new police chief and if so, who did he have in mind for the job.
Horne then asked him what he had been doing since leaving the police department.
