Murder suspect wanted by Pine Bluff Police Department arrested

James Dixson, a murder suspect wanted by the Pine Bluff Police Department, has been arrested and booked on charges of Capital Murder, Arson, Abuse of a Corpse, and Possession of a Firearm by a Certain Person.

Dixson was arrested by Deputies from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday afternoon.

Detectives with the Pine Bluff Police Department are still looking for James Dixson who is wanted for a homicide at 2307 W. 11th.

Dixson is wanted for Capital Murder, Arson, Abuse of a Corpse, and Possession of a Firearm by a Certain Person.

Dixson is 42-years-old and was last known to live in Pine Bluff.

A reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of James Dixson is being offered. The value of the reward depends on the quality of the information given.
