Mayoral candidate Vivian Flowers explained her position on the casino

Appearing on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show, Pine Bluff Mayoral candidate Vivian Flowers was asked her thoughts on the Saracen Casino and Resort, which is responsible for almost $5 million annually in tax revenue to the City of Pine Bluff, and that revenue is expected to increase significantly when the casino hotel and event center are opened.

She then explained her position.

Flowers, who is currently a member of the Arkansas Legislature went on to say this.

Morning Show host Greg Horne asked Flowers if she was talking about former Quapaw Chief John Berrey and lobbyist Don Tilton and Flowers said yes.
