Freshman City Council member William Fells campaigned on a platform that included cleaning up the city and with his first proposed legislation, he is taking a shot at abandoned, wrecked or inoperable motor vehicles.
He is sponsoring a proposed ordinance dealing with that subject which the council will consider when it meets Jan. 21.
Fells talked about the legislation when he appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show.
He went on to say this.
Morning Show host Greg Horne said he had heard a lot about Code Enforcement, and it became an issue during a recent campaign. He then asked Fells on the subject.
