Wednesday is United Way Day on Oldies 1013 and this week Jason Duren of the United Way was joined by Pia Woods representing 4-H.
Before talking to Woods, morning show host Greg Horne and Duren discussed the fan drive being conducted by the United Way, the Area Agency on Aging and Deltaplex Radio.
Horne talked about Town and Country Hardware Owner Lelan Stice who has fans available that will be sold at cost and representatives of the United Way will pick them up and see that they get to the people who need them.
Horne then turned to Woods and asked what was going on with 4-H this summer.
Horne followed up by asking what kind of competition Woods was talking about.
